The Survey is open to Witchery Members who meet specific criteria only. Only Members who complete the full Survey will receive the $20 Reward. Witchery Members who complete the Survey in full between Monday 22 September 2025 and 3pm AEST Monday 29 September 2025 will receive a $20 Reward. The $20 Reward will be loaded to their Witchery Member account by Thursday 5 October 2025 and will expire 30 days after it has been issued, after which time it will no longer be available on the Witchery Member’s account to redeem.

The Reward can only be redeemed at Witchery Boutiques, Witchery David Jones and Witchery Myer Concessions, online at witchery.com.au and on the Witchery App. It can only be redeemed by the sole recipient upon presentation of their Witchery card or corresponding photo identification.
