Community Fitted For Work
Harmonising social responsibility with fashion circularity, Fitted for Work is an innovative Australian organisation who like Witchery, consider empowering women at the core of what they do.
Their mission? To help women experiencing disadvantage gain economic independence through finding a secure job and maintaining sustainable employment by providing suitable clothing for job interviews and beyond.
Fitted for Work believes that when a woman is fitted for work, she is fitted for life.
Witchery's Support:
In March 2020, we launched our inaugural Your Clothes At Work campaign, encouraging our community to bring pre-loved Witchery items to selected stores that were donated to Fitted For Work.
Outside of this campaign, Witchery will continue to support women experiencing disadvantage secure sustainable employment, by donating samples to Fitted For Work on an ongoing basis.

Personal Outfitting Services – Supplying women with suitable clothing for job interviews and beyond.
The Conscious Closet – A retail store selling the excess donations of pre-loved clothing. All proceeds go directly to supporting Fitted for Work’s programs and services.
Job Preparation Hub – Providing advice on writing resumes, cover letters and intensive one-on-one interview training.
Free Workshops – Engaging women through a number of free workshops with industry experts to help in their pre and post-employment journey.
Annual Programs – Their WomanKind, Transgender and Mentor foster personal growth, self-worth and provide ongoing positive role models.
